Introducing The Dreamstruck Pathways
scroll down to get straight into it ✨ right now we’re getting into the philosophy of what the pathways are
How do you do it all?
This is by far the question I get asked the most, time + time again. And I'm flattered every. single. time. Y'all asking me this question shows me what you see → someone who's got their shit together + is making things happen.
Oh, how I wish that were true. 🙃
Because in my eyes, what I see is a pile of unfinished projects, dreams that have not yet become visions, + a ridiculous amount of emails that I have not responded to. #coolgirlsymptoms
Back in college, when I was getting my oh-so-fancy degree in theatrical design + performative analysis – oh yeah, I'm a theatre geek – I was notorious for turning in my assignments super late. I was such a joke of a student – performative, if you will. Always so interested + eager in lectures, but then sometimes a no-show when it came to practicing these concepts in real life.
Perfectionism was definitely by my side, + for me it was always more important to nail the concept than to move at the speed my instructors wanted me to.
And frankly, I'm still like that. When it comes to learning, I'd rather dedicate the time needed to become a master of the craft than getting through something as quickly as possible.
Yet, for a long time, after starting this creative business thing, I somehow got my wires crossed. I treated my business as a perfectionist safe house, almost never releasing anything because I was so worried about what other folks would think. Then, with the courses I was taking to improve my business know-how, I would speed through at a binger's pace without actually taking the time to implement any of it.
It wasn't until the depths of the pandemic that I was able to take the time to truly witness the costly mistakes I had been making + redirect my actions, my attention, my time - as an artist first.
Meaning, when I was operating solely under Blithe Mitrals - now my brand house - I was absolutely trying to do it all. Which I was also failing at - hard. But after I broke up my modalities into different brands, making the way I did business uber dreamy as a multi-hyphenate, I realized that I actually don't care anymore about doing it all.
Whoops. 💅🏻
And I think that’s something you can start to see in my work. By breaking up with the idea of doing it all, I also freed myself from the feeling that what I did do had to be just so. Now, I let myself get messy. I try things on. I experiment. The projects I work on are no longer so precious or fragile. That publish button gets pressed more than I ever imagined it could. So does the archive button. And the delete button. I’ll tell you, it’s very empowering.
So, it's flattering to hear your curiosity around how I'm doing the long list of things that I do, because – again – it means you like what you see + you're resonating with it. I'm crazy kinds of honored, here. But really, all I'm doing to get things done + hit that publish button is ditching perfectionism + leaning all in to the cycle of creation.
The Dreamstruck Pathways → journeys through the cycle of creation
I know you've seen small mentions here + there about the Dreamstruck Pathways, but they're actually the seasons of focus that I, alongside my clients, use to enchant, create, + implement our visions. AKA: to getting all this stuff done.
JIC → a vision is a dream that has a clear plan of action.
Now, there are lots of methods of madness that you can dive into when it comes to the creation cycle, but if you're interested in getting romcomantic with your productivity, then I highly recommend (obvi) giving the Dreamstruck Pathways the chance they deserve.
I don't want to be too dramatic here, but they are kinda life changing.
I've given you a snapshot below - scroll, baby - into each pathway themselves, but here's what they represent together.
For starters, the reason I call them pathways is because they are each their own journey into reaching a certain destination / objective / goal within your creative, dreamy, entrepreneurial pursuits.
Sometimes we get so excited to bring the vision to life that we hyper-focus on all the areas instead of enjoying the process of creation one step, one chapter at a time.
There's that cliche that a project is never truly finished - there's always something that can be done, perfected, improved. It’s only considered finished when the artist realizes that they have put all the life they could into the project before them.
And when we have that lack of discernment, as conscious creators, we can lose sight of our intended purpose — causing us to miss our moment, time + time again, to declare that what we have created is enough + can be marked as finished. What distracts us is the daydream that initially inspired this work. But what we can forget is that the original idea no longer exists - not really. It has morphed + evolved into something separate from our imagination. We’ve given this thing life + it can be really hard to witness that when we have been so close to the canvas.
We can become tied down to the vision + forget that the magic is in the process of creation itself.
Here's the beauty of a project → you can always come back + return to the work to update or revitalize it. You don't have to complete the entirety of it in one go to share it with the world. You can move through it in various stages, or what I like to refer to as eras. But in order to do that, you have to allow yourself to mark these chapters as completed to be able to hit that publish button + get the engagement you want.
The Dreamstruck Pathways help you do just that when it comes to getting things done in your business.
Every time you create a project, you create a brief with specific outlines + goals of what you're looking to accomplish. Right? 👀 And when you use the pathways as your guide in setting those goals, they help you gain clarity on what to work on so that your vision becomes reality. And, perhaps more importantly, directs you to make the moves that allow you to see success in your business.

The pathways are not individual structures - they are a union of creation that walk you through exactly what to do depending on the desires you hold in that time: ie, launch a new offering, create money-making content, grow your audience, etc. And they are highly business oriented. Each pathway comes with specific areas of focus that help you level up your business baddie game - as a creator first, marketer second →.
I get things done by not only using these pathways, but also allowing myself to simply be done. To say, “that's good enough.” To put things out into the world without the need for it to be perfect. I focus on the purpose. If my project has brought that purpose to life, that's when I apply my discernment + consider it finished — that’s when I hit that coveted, heart-racing publish button + share my work with the world.
And that is how I get things done. ✦
